Rebecca McNeal

Rebecca has been described as passionate, creative, and driven with an outgoing personality and a zest for life. Rebecca has strong digital marketing and copy writing experience and a talented eye for interior design which marries very easily with running a property management company. With her skills and assets she believes this helps her be a better consultant for her clients when working on getting the highest return for their investment. Her success has derived from renovation projects for her clients, attention to detail and building valuable relationships with her clients and tenants.

Originally from Idaho, Rebecca graduated from Boise State University with an emphasis on Marketing and Small Business Management. She relocated to Denver, Colorado in the Summer of 2003, where she worked in the real estate industry as a Marketing Director and eventually a Property Manager. Rebecca opened BRENTWOOD PROPERTIES in April of 2018, as a property leasing company. She moved to Wilmington December 2021 so she could fulfill her childhood dream living at the beach. She is thrilled to call NC home.

Heather Martin

Heather is a licensed real estate agent and Broker in Charge (BIC) in NC. Her success can be contributed to her market knowledge and her compassion and ambition for helping her clients reach their real estate goals. Originally, from Pennsylvania, Heather has always been drawn to the water and relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2015 to attend UNCW. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Selling and is a Delta Zeta alumnae.

A strong advocate for women's rights, Heather is a founding member of Wilmington's Women Council Network associated with the National Association of Realtors.
